On Women’s Day, TeachSTEAM, founded by Binal Kamdar, hosted an inspiring LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) session at Saraza, bringing together 30 working women for a unique and deeply reflective experience. This two-hour session wasn’t just about playing with LEGO®—it was about self-discovery, growth, and celebrating their professional and personal journeys.
LSP is an innovative methodology designed for small organizations, teams, and startups to foster team bonding, conflict resolution, and deep thinking. Using LEGO® bricks, participants externalized their thoughts, building models that represented their challenges, aspirations, and strengths. Many had never used LEGO® before, yet by the end of the session, they found themselves fully immersed in the process.
The session aimed to:
✅ Provide a fun and unique self-reflection experience—even for those new to LEGO®.
✅ Encourage participants to feel proud and valued in their career and life journey.
✅ Create a light, playful, and memorable atmosphere, leaving them energized and wanting more.
By the end, the women felt lighter, empowered, and deeply connected. LSP sessions vary in duration and purpose, but the core principle remains the same—unlocking potential through structured creativity and reflection. As more teams and organizations embrace this method, they discover its potential in strengthening workplace culture and enhancing team synergy.
This session was more than an event; it was a celebration of growth, expression, and the power of shared experiences.
